A week before you arrive we message you on WhatsApp to check the building and room.
On check-in day the box is in your room or waiting at reception. Pay the balance by card or cash at the door.

What if my room changes after I reserve?
Nothing to do now. We confirm the building and room on WhatsApp the week before delivery, so put down whatever you know today.
I'm landing late at night. Will the box still be there?
Yes. If halls reception can't let us into your room, we leave it with reception under your name and message you the details.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before your check-in date and the £20 deposit comes straight back. Inside 14 days the stock is already bought, so the deposit is kept.
I already have a duvet. Can I leave things out?
Choose "Mix and match" and tap only the items you need; each has its own price and orders start at £30. If you've already reserved a kit, message us on WhatsApp and we'll swap the duvet for something of the same value.
Why a deposit and not the full amount?
The £20 tells us you're serious, so we can buy the stock. The rest is paid when the box is in your hands; you never pay in full for something you haven't seen.
